As a first step, registration is required for AGC Global Compliance Hotline.
Please read message below and click “NEXT” to registration.

This is an external contact that accepts reports about alleged violations of the AGC Group Code of Conduct. The reports will be directly communicated by the external contact to the Office of AGC Global Compliance Leader (hereinafter, the "Office").

This external contact should be used for material issues affecting the AGC Group including violations of the anti-bribery or antitrust laws or fraudulent accounting, and for which you feel hesitant about reporting to your company's Compliance Hotline.
You are requested to ask your superior or your company's Compliance Hotline for advice for concerns other than those mentioned above.

AGC places the utmost emphasis on anonymity. If you are concerned, please select "YES" to delete your Signature Information (the signature in the e-mail and the e-mail address) on the "Registration Form" page. This will prevent your name, department and e-mail address from the Signature Information from being sent to the Office.
The Office will never inform your superior of the fact you are a reporter of Compliance Hotline without your prior consent.
You will not suffer detrimental treatment including salary reduction or termination of employment for the act of Compliance Hotline report.

AGC uses your report for the purpose of checking the facts and taking corrective actions if a violation of the code of conduct is confirmed to the necessary extent.

これはAGCグループの行動基準違反の疑いについての通報を受け付ける外部窓口です。通報は外部窓口よりAGC本社グローバルコンプライアンスリーダー事務局（以下「事務局」）に直接伝えられます。

この外部窓口は、贈賄問題、独占禁止法違反、会計不正などAGCグループにとって重大な問題で、かつ、あなたの勤務先のコンプライアンスホットラインへの通報がためらわれる場合に利用してください。
上記以外の懸念は、あなたの上長かあなたの勤務先のコンプライアンスホットラインへ相談するようお願いいたします。

AGCはあなたの匿名性について最大限配慮します。
心配な場合は、「登録情報入力」のページで、「署名情報（メールの署名およびeメールアドレス）の削除を【希望する】」を選択してください。これにより、署名情報内のあなたの所属部署・氏名・連絡先は事務局に伝達されません。
事務局はあなたの了解無しに、あなたがコンプライアンスホットラインの報告者であることを上長に伝えることはありません。
あなたは、コンプライアンスホットラインを利用したことを理由として、減給、解雇等の不利益な取り扱いを受けることはありません。

AGCは、あなたの通報内容を、事実の確認と行動基準違反の場合の是正対応に必要な範囲で活用します。
